hi, my son and i need somewhere cheap to live within 40-45mins of corio. sadly the home we currently live in is due for demolition end of august '11. unfortunately we are unable to get real estate/in town rentals due to being on a low income.(combined centrelink benefits). patrick (my son) is still in yr 11 at northern bay college in corio, so we need a bus service/stop nearby, or in a nearby town. pat suffers from mild aspergers syndrome also, so the peace and quiet of rural life would be great. i'm also from the country so i know the benefits. like growing your own vegies, having fresh eggs, fresh water and air, etc.
i am quite happy to live in an old home that needs abit of TLC. all i care is that there is water and power either at in the home, or close by for outdoor leads. (for which we will work out cost for usages etc.) we have a couple of small pets, which i will ensure do not wander from the home and immediate surrounds/yard. mob #. 0422280267
